Apollo Leads Export is a service that allows users to export leads from Apollo beyond the standard export limits. We provide this service on a fee basis according to our published pricing.

We guarantee same-day delivery of exported leads, typically delivered to your email address.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to access and export the Apollo data you request
  • Your use of the exported data will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will not use the data for any unlawful purpose
  • You will provide accurate and complete information when using our Service
  • You are at least 18 years of age

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is clearly displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are non-refundable once the export process has begun
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you request
  • You will provide accurate billing information
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed

5. Delivery and Service Guarantee

We guarantee same-day delivery of exported leads for orders placed during business hours. If we fail to deliver within the guaranteed timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Delivery is typically made via email to the address you provide during checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OutboundIntel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of the data exported from Apollo. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with Apollo's terms of service and applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutboundIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OutboundIntel expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OutboundIntel is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
